Returns & Refunds Policy
Standard delivery by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail in 3-5 working days is FREE for all orders over $50.00, and $7.00 for orders under $50.00. For Express Mail additional rates will be applied.
International Shipping is available. Please refer to the checkout process for specific zone rates.
We feel confident that you will love our products. However, should you wish to return for any reason within 15 days after receipt we will be happy to give a full refund.
In order to initiate the return process please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with item number, size, and reason for devolution. We will then send you a paid return label that you may need to print out.
Once we receive the item(s) back in their original condition, unused, and with the labels intact we will start the refund process. If more than 15 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week after receipt of product.
Exchanges are subject to inventory existence. If the item is out of stock we will process the returned order for a refund.
